Reintegration Scatter Site
Our program supports men and women age 18 and older who are transitioning from substance use disorder treatment into long-term recovery and independent living in the community.
Participants receive support as they build the skills, confidence, and stability needed to maintain their recovery and successfully navigate life in the community. The program promotes personal responsibility, healthy relationships, employment and education, and connection to community resources.

Men and women over 18 transitioning to long term recovery from substance use disorder and moving to independent living in the community.
