Population
Our Women's Residential Reintegration Program offers a supportive, affirming environment for women ages 18 and older, including cisgender, transgender, and non-binary individuals who identify with the women's community.
This program is designed for individuals in the early stages of recovery who are:

Stable in their substance use, mental health, and medical conditions.

Demonstrating adequate cognitive functioning and the ability to engage in activities of daily living independently.

Capable of emotional regulation, social connection, and fulfilling role responsibilities (such as parenting, employment, or community involvement).
We honor and respect the diverse identities and lived experiences of our participants. Our trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach provides a safe and empowering space for healing, personal growth, and connection.
Participants receive support in:

Developing independent living skills

Strengthening recovery practices

Building healthy relationships

Connecting to long-term care, employment, education and housing resources

Services
Participants in the Women's Residential Reintegration Program receive a comprehensive range of supports in a supervised congregate care setting, tailored to promote sustained recovery and independent living. Services include:

Safe, structured housing in a dormitory-style environment​

Case management to assist with recovery planning, service coordination, discharge planning, and reintegration goals

Support groups, life skills workshops, and individual counseling

Access to AA/NA and other peer recovery meetings

Relapse prevention and intervention strategies

Recreational and wellness activities to support physical and emotional well-being

Alumni events to foster community and continued connection

Gender-specific support in a trauma-informed and identity-affirming environment

Referrals to vocational, educational, medical, legal and other community-based services
Length of stay: Determined by individual needs and progress toward recovery goals
Referral sources: Inpatient and outpatient providers, Parole, Probation, Family Court, Drug Court and other community-based systems of care
