Population
Our Men's Residential Reintegration Program offers a safe, structured environment for men ages 18 and older, including cisgender, transgender, and non-binary individuals who identify with the men's community and are in the early stages of recovery from substance use.
This program is designed for individuals who are:

Stable in substance use, mental health, and medical conditions

Demonstrating adequate cognitive functioning and emotional regulation

Engaging in social and role functioning, including family responsibilities, employment readiness, or education
We foster an environment of inclusion, respect, and belonging, with trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices that support sustained recovery, personal growth and community reintegration.
Services
Participants in the Men's Residential Reintegration Program receive a comprehensive range of supports in a supervised congregate setting, tailored to promote sustained recovery and independent living.
Services include:

Safe, structured housing in a dormitory-style living environment

Case management to assist with recovery planning, service coordination, and reintegration goals

Support groups, life skills workshops, and individual counseling

Access to AA/NA and other peer recovery meetings

Relapse prevention and intervention strategies

Recreational and wellness activities to support physical and emotional well-being

Alumni events to foster community and continued connection

Gender-specific support in a trauma-informed and identity-affirming environment

Referrals to vocational, educational, medical, legal, and other community-based services
Length of stay: Determined by individual needs and progress toward recovery goals
Referral sources: Inpatient and outpatient providers, Parole, Probation, Family Court, Drug Court, and other community-based systems of care.
